Comfortably Stylish Stay in the Heart of NYC

We thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay! The beds felt heavenly, perfect for a family with children. The charming lounge made evenings special, plus, the complimentary wine hour was a delightful surprise. To future guests, request additional cups for your kettle upon arrival for extra convenience.

Family stay with disappointments

So, we had a real nice room with two queen beds, super spacious for my kids to spread out. The location was good as far as the area to stay in, close to some fun stuff for the family.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday here, especially with the surprise chocolate covered strawberries and flowers the staff helped arrange. The happy hour was perfect for relaxing with some wine and snacks after a day out, and we enjoyed coffee every morning. One downside was that our room could've used better soundproofing, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🎉

Great stay with comfy rooms!

We had two big rooms – one king and one with two queens. The king room was super comfy, but the bathroom was a bit tight. I loved the location, close to the subway and yummy eats. Oh, and happy hour was a nice touch with good snacks. Just wish the other room's bathroom had more storage.

We enjoyed in-room workouts at Aerospace and some amazing live music while snacking during happy hour. The comfortable beds and open lounge were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

However, I slept on a low-quality sofa bed that really affected my sleep. It was disappointing, especially when the regular beds were decent.

i had an amazing stay here. my previous visit to new york was nice, but this time the experience was even better! from the beautiful décor to the friendly atmosphere, everything was on point.

room fridge didn’t work.

It was just a great match for a momentary visit in New York with incredible value for money. The light switches in the room were a bit tricky, but that was minor in the grand scheme. Make sure to confirm any deposit requirements before check-in to avoid unexpected surprises.

I especially appreciated the soothing ambiance in the lobby. it provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city outside. The staff were exceptionally attentive, offering assistance as needed, which made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable....  

I truly enjoyed my stay at the James New York, Nomad. The quirky decor captivated me, and the location made exploring the city a breeze. I noticed a slight issue with the in-room fridge not working, but it didn't overshadow my amazing experience.
